Bucs bomb Rams 44-3

In what best can be described as "a shocker" the St Louis Rams walked into a buzzsaw here at Raymond James Stadium. What started out as bad luck, turning the ball over on their first two possessions, quickly transgressed into something much more horrific. By the time halftime rolled around it was 27-3 in favor of the Bucs.

The second half saw no changes in the Ram's luck as Tampa's defense was swarming. Two more Ram's turnover's led to 2 more touchdowns for Tampa and when the dust cleared the Buccaneers strolled away with a shocking 44-3 win. Tampa's defense forced 5 turnover's and held the Greatest show on turf to 257 total yards. Brad Johnson had a remarkable day completing 16 of 18 passes for 203 yards and two touchdowns. Warner on the other hand had a day to forget throwing for 150 yards and 3 picks.
